I have owned the Punk Rider Pro for 3 months, and it has been a great maintenance-free, rain-resistant commuter. The build quality is amazing, with no rattling or wobble at speed. What I like the most about this scooter is the regen brake throttle, which completely replaces the mechanical drum brakes. Despite its size and weight not being small, the good folding mechanism makes it very easy to carry around. With a top speed of 52kph and impressive acceleration from the dual 600-watt motors, it can easily handle any hills in Auckland. The range is not outstanding but acceptable for its price. Riding at full throttle, I get about 30km of range, or 40km at 35kph. While the suspensions are very stiff and more suitable for heavier riders, the large 10-inch tires provide a smooth ride. The app is basic but allows you to adjust the speed, torque, acceleration, and regen brake strength. The 360-degree lighting is a cool feature for dark conditions but is not very effective during the day. I must mention that Andrew and the team at Electric Scooter Shop are amazing to deal with. Their customer support has been excellent.

Punk Rider Pro is the third scooter I've owned and I'm more than impressed. I live in Auckland CBD and have an 8km daily commute. Living in Auckland I have to deal with steep hills and changeable weather, the Punk Rider Pro in dual wheel mode handles the steepest of hills with ease (I'm 96kg and usually carrying a heavy backpack), and the IPX6 weather rating means I don't have to cower away and hide when the heavens open up. The ride is smooth and easy, good suspension, safe charging system, app support, safety lighting and puncture-proof tyres so most bases are covered for my needs. The bonuses are the large, easy to see display and the regenerative brake lever which is smooth and easy to use while also giving a bit of charge back to the battery. In fact the regen lever takes care of about 80% of my braking which means less wear and tear on the drum brakes. On top of this being a great product, Jono and his team at Electric Scooter Shop are excellent to deal with and they really understand the meaning of customer service. No regrets here.
