Perhaps this should be called the Blade Cute Pro, as it’s the perfect example of ‘Good things come in small packages’. A dinky, funky and fun wee ride, it nevertheless packs a bit of punch, and offers a lot of scooter, for a little price.


The magic comes from the dual-motor setup, unheard of in a scooter of this size. But it works, and it works well. Twin 350W motors will push you up almost any incline, and on to a top speed of over 35kmh, while remaining lightweight and very manageable.


The overall size is compact for sure, and you wouldn’t choose this one for a 20km commute, but for shorter bursts around the city where portability is important, or a teen scooter for the school run, its an easy one to love, and the 15ah battery makes sure the fun goes on way longer than most scooters in the same bracket.


The brakes are simple zero-maintenance drums, the folding mechanism is solid and dependable while remaining easy to operate, and the adjustable stem height works well for all ages and most sizes. Yes, if you are over 6ft tall it will feel a little dinky, but most people are not, and even for a taller person, the compact factor could still sway you!
